The previous owner was a dirt biking enthusiast who used this lot for recreation purposes. It is normally not difficult, however, to get a local scrap yard to remove debris at little to no cost.

A well inspection report is provided in the table below. Prior to purchase, The Hemingway Land Company had the well tested and a piece of pipe replaced to get the well into working condition. As you’ll see from the report, water was successfully pumped at 10 gallons per minute for one hour, and the subsequent puddle left after this pumping is pictured in the gallery below. Similarly, water samples were sent to a lab in Tucson and tested for PH levels, arsenic and iron content. This water quality report is also attached in the table below.

This property was closed on and its title insured through Hidalgo County Abstract.
