For those looking for a camp ground or vacation spot, Timberon is perfect as RVs and travel trailers can be used for up to one month or 30 days at a time. If that RV or travel trailer is connected to water or septic lines, the owner can stay for up to 180 days. Plus, the Timberon Trails and Circle Cross RV Parks are close by and available for temporary stays as well. Hunting is allowed within the outskirts of the area or within the confines of your own land. In fact, Antelope, Elk, Mule Deer and Wild Turkey are just a few of the many species you can find roaming freely throughout this region.

Permanent structures can be built here and there is no time limit for that construction. Mobile homes and horses are also permitted.
